How do I place an order?
Fill in the enquiry form and we'll be in touch on WhatsApp to discuss your order, build your quote, and take a deposit. The whole thing is done over WhatsApp — no calls needed.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially for weekends. We recommend at least 2 weeks notice, but get in touch and we'll do our best for last-minute requests too.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver within 10 miles of Hull city centre. Delivery is £15 plus £5 per mile beyond 3 miles. Minimum order is £60.
Can I customise colours and themes?
Absolutely — every order is colour matched to your brief at no extra cost.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Hull and cover the surrounding East Yorkshire area within a 10 mile radius, including Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, and Anlaby.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Changes within 7 days of the event may not always be possible.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days before your event — full refund, no questions asked. Cancel within 7 days — no refund, as materials will already be prepared.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed via Stripe — one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We never store your card details.
